I noticed this cordless Dremel tool at Walmart.com and noticed
it ran on alkiline batterys and not rechargables. It's made as a Golf tool,
but I could see this as a stovie tool too. Has anyone ever used this?

Thanks zelph!
I don't have a Dremel yet, so it's about time i get modernized. Carpet knife blades thumb tacked to
boards take forever to cut aluminum beer bottles.

Allen, The razors make a nice clean cut compared to the dremel cut-off blade I have tried. The dremel tool comes in very handy though. I use it all the time. My rotary tool is a cheap one I picked up at BigLots but does the job. I have since picked up a Dremel tool at Goodwill for $5 but it needs a replacement part that I am having trouble locating.

Thanks Ridgerunner!
I may try using a fine hacksaw blade with a miter box for cuts that won't show, and keep using
the razor blades for the ones that do. I have an idea for a water cooled wick stove that I want
to build this weekend.

Now, that sounds interesting. Let us know how it turns out.

OK,
I have every thing ready except a beer bottle, so I'll "empty" a few of those Friday night
