Re: game camera
I did a search yesterday and found the den of the fox. I gathered some dead tree limbs and made a concealed camera mount near the den. I set the camera and later in the evening heard the fox barking as usual. I'll check the camera later today and see if I captured the fox coming up and out of the den.....whoooo! can't wait to see if I got him on video
Storms passed through last nigh all throughout Mississippi. tornado touched down northwest 60 miles or so.

Re: game camera
I hope you catch some pics of the fox. I got a pic of one last month from the back side. It is rare to catch them on a camera.

Re: game camera
My camera is drying out from being totally submerged during a freak flooding of the entire recreation area. Our unit was not affected, we are on high ground. 2 barges are causing the flood problems, 1 is submerged at the base of the dam the other is half way under. They are not able to open the spillways on the dam because of them.
My camera may be dried out by tomorrow and then I'll see if it still works. It was waterlogged, didn't have much hope for it when I retrieved it
There is one evening of possible recording a fox before the rains came. Since the flooding I have not heard the fox barking, it's den and territory may have been violated
I'm on recovery of a "cold/flu"

My camera did not survive
Walmart refunded my money, no problem
Bought new camera. Was able to lure the fox into camera range and got lots of 1 min. videos of it. Used Fancy Feast cat food as bait(beef, turkey) Made some photos from the videos. Will try to get still shots this evening of higher resolution.

Nice pictures! That is one healthy looking fox. It must be eating good in camp

Re: game camera
I feed only high quality Fancee Feest food
The other day I set the camera to take 3 consecutive high resolution photos instead of videos. To my surprise, I find out there is a pair of fox traveling together. I also got some other critters to pose for a photo, 1 coon, 1 possum and one buck. Also got one of a "happy camper"
I included one of the "gatehouse" taken early this morning. My RV is on the right.

Re: game camera
Awesome pictures. I like the fox pics and if the hunters see that buck pic, there will be climbing treestands close to the gate house
