Origo Big alcohol stove

Postby zelph » Mon Jul 13, 2015 11:59 pm

Last week I did some pancakes on my Origo Heat Pal stove/heater. If you watch ebay you can pick these up for $50.00 plus shipping. They are a quality product made in Sweden.

rip marks  I ripped off a chunk to taste. I used malted milk powder to flavor the mix so I was eager to see if the flavor penetrated...nope...need double the amount :D

I might cut a 2" wide vertical slot in the side of the heater so I can use a small cast iron skillet. Watch the video again and you can see the pot supports down inside for heating a pot of water etc.

In cold months when sitting around a campfire I'll take and put the heater behind my lawn chair to heat my backside :D
