So, I was in the market for a new slightly larger pack. I wanted it lightweight, large enough for winter camping, "trampoline style" backing, and a few other things. I found it in this pack. It weighs 2lb 3 ounces. I have a "summer" load in my pack now minus water but plus hiking poles I am at 13 lbs for total weight. That is tent and sleeping bag, pad, everything.

Osprey does make other packs that are more neutral in color but I just liked this pack more. It is double the size of my other pack and almost a lb lighter. With it loaded it feels like nothing is even on my back. It's great.

Will give a field report after next weekend as I have a AT trip planned.
