It figures. My HOA is continuing to screw around -- I'm going to see what I can do to fight the lien they're filing (they're including $2k in crap fees in the lien). I did some painting yesterday, plan on doing more during the week and hopefully getting it done next Sunday. It turns out that we'll have to steam off some wallpaper, so I'm going to attempt to get that done before Sunday so that don't have to waste time on Sunday removing it before we paint. Sigh.

When you finish painting, what's next, the HOA will have something to gripe about  They're like that

Are you all set to go???????? :D

After I finish painting, I'll attempt to sell... but if the HOA keeps this shit up, I'll foreclose and make sure that the place isn't worth squat by the time it comes up on sheriff's auction. The law is f****ed -- and this hoa is acting more like the f***ing mafia than a community... the rest of the idiots just go along with it while expressing sympathy (pathetic hypocrites).
