Heineken Can Hotdogs

Postby Allen » Wed Mar 19, 2008 12:14 pm

Here's a good way to make hotdogs in a Heineken can:

Wrap some hotdog buns in foil like this:

Put the weinies and water in the Heineken can and start to cook them.
When the dogs are about 1/2 done, wrap the bun package around the Heineken
can like this:

You will still have the hot water too, If You want to make instant soup,
or reconstitute a dry meal :)

One of the best ideas I've seen to make a pot cozy. Use your buns!!!!!!! Multi-use food item, I like it. :)

Great idea Allen!!!!!

Thanks zelph :)

I made some for lunch today, and used some of the hot water to reconstitute some
of that chili flavored TVP (textured vegetable protein) You can get at health food stores

It was pretty good :)
