I combined the two into one video.
The pellet stove is made out of a #10 food can. I'll be making another 2, same size. I'm going to use them in my wood burning stove this coming heating season. One load of pellets should last 1/2 hour. Once they are consumed I'll dump the remains into one corner of the stove and put in a fresh can full that is patiently waiting on the sidelines 40 pounds of pelllets @ $4.00 per bag is decent.
The 4 gram alcohol stove is what I made today and did preliminary tests on. It burns just great. Each corrugation is like an individual jet. I used .002 stainless steel for the pot support. A large aluminum tea light candle tin for the body of the stove.
Some photos taken yesterday evening.
Come check out a compilation of Zelph's stove designs.
