I agree with you. All new stove makers should make one of these. The small amount of rust that will occur over a couple of years will mean nothing to you or the stove.I think its worth a while to try it out. If you have any doubts about how rigid it is and how much weight it will hold - really, just try this. I think pretty much any of those (if made well) will hold 10 pounds.
