A Magnetic Windscreen...
A Magnetic Windscreen...
This windscreen closure idea is just dead simple to make, works better and is easier to use than anything I've tried . I can't believe it took so long to occur to me.
Materials:
-Craft magnets from Hobby Lobby. One magnet = one gram. -Aluminum tape.
-Oven liner, flashing, or your material of choice.
Cut your windscreen to the desired height and length, tape a magnet to each end and you're done! These magnets are so strong that if you get the two ends of your windscreen within an inch of each other, they lock on automatically. Super easy!

Re: A Magnetic Windscreen...
I know you two are thinking of ways to use magnets in place of a potstand.
You can't fool me! The coolness factor alone would be worth the time and trouble.
