i figured it out!! :D
it's actually quite similar to Ridgerunners fish skinner. this one's a "Florida Snake Skinner". smaller versions are available for fisherman called "Worm Skinners". [not to be confused with "Mule Skinners" ;) ]

don't feel bad Oops. i get up at 4:00 in the morning (west coast time. that's 7:00 your time ain't it? :D ) i got stuck in a schedule i can't seem to break.
even on weekends, i still get up before 5:00.

Yep wife gets up at 5:30 or so then when coffee ready so am i that the time for 35 years getting up at that time still doing it

It's for cutting of the top of a soft boiled egg so you can get to the goodies. I like eggs :mrgreen:
