Baking with my "Jack Stove" cook set...

Postby JollyRogers » Sat Dec 18, 2010 10:57 am

Mmmm, chocolate chip muffin cake. No refueling, no external fuel tanks, no hoses, no tinfoil origami or additional cook pots/pans.
I have also used a similar method to make big 4" x 4" cheese/garlic biscuits.
Enjoy!

After some more testing and product development I have finished the Jack Stove Cook Set.

I changed the set to include an 8oz stainless cup that can be used for baking instead of the Ziploc container.
The stainless cup also gives me a good drinking cup or a smaller pot to heat a cup of tea with.

This change allowed me to reduce fuel consumption to 2oz of Yellow Heet and reduce the bake time to about 16 1/2 minutes to bake a big trail muffin. (About the size of 3 regular muffins)

Nice baking setup JR. Your baking bowl has a built in mushroom top creator for your muffins.

Sorry, about that. The original video has been moved and replaced with this one since I changed the cook set. The tools, amount/type of fuel and bake times have all changed so the last one is it.
