:D After a long busy day the formula causes Pure Mehem in my cranium. Grey matter is shloshed back and forth. In the AM I'll ponder and put it down on paper and see how the numbers work out. Thanks for the elevation :ugeek: i do it graphically. draw it out in my cad program (i fly a computer as a d...

Bmike, your hole pattern on one side of the stove is thought provoking. What have you experienced with that format? Are your findings in favor of cone shaped pot stand windscreen combos or are you kinda neutral at this point? neutral for sure. hadn't even thought of NOT using it as a windscreen. mi...

heat exchanger

was inspired by an msr heat exchanger. made a heat exchanger, wind screen, pot stand combo. worked well with a pressurized stove. a modded penny stove really cranked in this thing - sounded like a jetboil! a starlyte and ion boiled in not much less than their normal times. http://lh3.google.com/mike...

Made a few versions of the caldera for my snowpeak ti 700. Have to start optimizing these things... cutting and drilling lots of metal and seeing about the same burn times. This is v. 5 or 6.: http://lh6.google.com/mike.beganyi/R1B10S6I3UI/AAAAAAAADic/rEyihdw9G6s/s800/IMG_4297.JPG http://lh3.google....
